NUMERIA / REFUNDS
Refund Policy
This policy explains when the $7 deposit for Numeria’s founding-stay discount may be refunded, credited, or applied to a future stay.
Effective September 23, 2026
The $7 payment is a program deposit that reserves your place in Numeria’s founding-stay opportunity. It is not a room charge, service fee, or guarantee of a particular cabin, date, or room rate. A lodging reservation is created only when you complete the separate booking process.
When you book an eligible future stay, Numeria applies the full $7 deposit toward that stay. The deposit is credited once to the reservation connected to the founding-stay offer and cannot be used to create a second discount or a second credit.
Before the deposit has been applied to a future stay, you may request a refund by emailing visit@numeria.us.
Once the $7 deposit has been applied to a future stay, it is no longer refundable as a separate payment. If that stay is later changed or cancelled, the reservation’s own rate and cancellation terms determine whether any reservation payment or credit is returned.
A refund of the deposit does not automatically follow a cancelled reservation. The cancellation deadline, rate rules, and no-show terms shown with the reservation control what happens after the deposit has been applied. Contact us promptly if you believe the terms were applied incorrectly.
6.How to request a refund
Email visit@numeria.us with the name used for the payment, the payment email address, and any reservation or confirmation number. Tell us whether the deposit has already been applied to a stay so we can review the correct transaction and booking terms.
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method when reasonably possible. Your payment provider or bank controls the final posting time. We may ask for additional information to verify the payment and prevent duplicate or unauthorized refunds.
Please contact Numeria before opening a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to correct an error. A single $7 payment is eligible for only one refund or credit. If a payment dispute is opened, we may pause a duplicate refund request until the payment provider resolves it.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date above. The version in effect when you make a payment or request a refund governs that request unless a later change is required by law.
