Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how cancellations work for the $7 deposit that reserves access to a discount on a future stay at Numeria.
Effective September 23, 2026
The $7 deposit reserves your place in Numeria’s founding-stay program. It is not a room charge, and it does not by itself create a lodging reservation. If you book an eligible future stay, the deposit is applied in full toward that stay and the advertised founding discount is applied under the booking terms shown at checkout.
Before you make a future-stay reservation, you may cancel your participation in the founding-stay program by contacting visit@numeria.us. If you cancel before the deposit has been applied to a stay, the $7 deposit will be handled under our Refund Policy.
After you make a lodging reservation, cancellation is governed by the cancellation deadline and terms presented with that reservation. Those terms may vary by dates, room type, or rate. The $7 deposit does not replace or change the cancellation terms for the stay.
If you cancel after the applicable deadline or do not arrive, any cancellation charge stated in your reservation terms may apply. The $7 deposit will remain applied or be treated as described in the booking terms and will not create an additional discount beyond the one offered for that reservation.
If you need to change dates or transfer a reservation, contact us as soon as possible. Any change is subject to availability, the rate selected, and the terms shown when the reservation was made. A request is not complete until Numeria confirms it in writing.
Email visit@numeria.us with the name used for the payment, the email address on the reservation, and any confirmation number. Please tell us whether you are cancelling the deposit program or a future-stay reservation so we can apply the correct terms.
A cancellation request is effective when Numeria confirms receipt. Keep that confirmation for your records. If you do not receive a confirmation, contact us again before the applicable deadline shown in your reservation.
We want the cancellation terms to be clear before you pay or book. If you believe a charge was applied incorrectly, contact visit@numeria.us promptly with the relevant details so we can review the transaction and reservation history.
We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date above. The version in effect when you make a payment or reservation governs that transaction unless a later change is required by law.
